    This course on GHG Inventories and Agriculture Emissions aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories and the various agriculture processes that contribute to GHG emissions. Covering topics such as data collection, quality control, verification, and archiving involved in compiling a GHG inventory, and teaches participants how to calculate GHG emissions from the agriculture sector. The course also focuses on specific agriculture processes such as methane emissions from enteric fermentation, manure management, direct and indirect N2O emissions from managed soils, lime and urea application emissions, biomass and crop residue burning, and rice cultivation emissions. Overall, this course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to estimate, check and archive an agriculture GHG emission inventory.
