Erin Raser is an Associate Professional Officer of Water, Agriculture and Food Security on the Resilience and Comprehensive Risk Management in Agriculture flagship project team at IICA. She holds two master’s degrees from American University and the University for Peace in Natural Resources & Sustainable Development and International Relations, with a focus on global sustainable agriculture and water governance. Her most recent publication is Can farmers markets simultaneously address food and farm security? A case study of San Jose, Costa Rica (UPeace Open Knowledge Network, 2015). She has previously worked with international NGOs on issues of climate change and agricultural systems.
