- St. Lucia's institutional framework addresses climate change in the agriculture sector. It provides an overview of public policy instruments and programs/projects that promote low carbon and climate-resilient agriculture. The document also identifies coordination mechanisms between agricultural-focused organizations and other stakeholders to protect the country's food and nutrition security and the livelihoods of small-scale farmers and fisherfolk.
