Over 30 years’ working experience in developing and implementing agribusiness projects with public and private sector players in the agricultural /agribusiness sectors in Latin America, the Caribbean, as well as in the South Pacific, Mauritius, Morocco and Saudi Arabia. Completed over 80 consultancy projects with focus on the development of the agroindustrial sector in the Caribbean, implementation of Food Safety (HACCP) systems, diagnostic benchmarking of SMEs to World Class standards, quality management for production and export, agro-tourism linkages, women and agricultural development, development of training materials in food safety and food processing.
Led the Agrotourism programme of IICA (InterAmerican Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture) for 20 years
