Mr. Jeffy V. Gomez M.Sc.

Mr. Jeffy Gomez started to work with the IICA Delegation in Belize on February 1, 2018, as a project coordinator, for the project “Productivity enhancement of banana farms through integrated soil fertility management in the banana belt area of Belize”.

Mr. Gomez most recent project was with the Sugar Industry Research and Development Institute (SIRDI) implementing the project “Integrated Pest and Disease Management in the Sugar Industry” funded by the European Union. He has also worked with the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF) and the United Nation Development Programme (UNDP). Mr. Gomez holds a master’s degree from National Taiwan University in Agriculture Economics and an NGO Professional Management from the University of West Indies Open Campus.
