Valerie Anne Donat is currently the Program Secretary at the IICA Delegation in Saint Lucia. She holds the Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Business Management from Monroe College, Campus in Saint Lucia and is currently pursuing Masters of Project Management at the University of International Cooperation (UCI). She has more than 20 years in office administration and has done training in project management and business development. Currently she is providing administrative support to the Caribbean Network of Rural Women Producers, the Caribbean Agriculture Forum for Youth, the Advisory Committee to the OECS Council of Ministers for Agriculture and the Business Development Thematic Group.
