Resumen
- Neolecanium perconvexum (Cockerell) is transferred to the new genus Octolecanium Kondo. The adult female and first-instar nymph are redescribed and described respectively. A new species, O. guatemalensis Kondo is also described based on the adult female. A key to separate the two species is given. Key Words: Brazil, coccid, Guatemala, new genus, Octolecaniu
