The document, prepared jointly by the Directorate of Science and Technology and Natural Resources of the Technical Consortium together with the NRC Directorate, aims to provide input for the NRC Advisory Council’s initial discussions on the relevance and necessity of fostering continuous and structured reciprocal collaboration in agricultural research and technological development among the three NRC countries, through a program provisionally named PROCINORTE.
