I am an Agricultural Officer in the Division of Extension Training and Information Services at the Ministry of
Agriculture, Land and Fisheries and a part-time Lecturer in Agricultural Extension and Communication at the
University of the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago, St. Augustine. As a trainer and researcher in agricultural
extension, my areas of expertise include extension methodologies, climate-smart agriculture, rural development, food
and nutrition safety, security, and environmental preservation. I have worked with multiple organizations (including
universities, public and private sector, and research organizations). I have collaborated with both regional and
international institutions. This has enabled the development of my skills and abilities to find solutions in sustainable
agriculture and rural development through classroom, community, and online experiences.
