Over 30 years teaching in a wide variety of subject areas including agriculture, horticulture (landscape and food), greenhouse and field production and lately brewing and distilling. I have also been involved in research areas that correspond closely with the areas listed above plus some 'different' areas including turf, golf, novel hydroponic systems for the Canadian Coast Guard, compost use in food production and hops production.
