Emmanuela I. Antoine Charles currently works as Assistant to the Representative in the IICA Office in Haiti.  She has a Master Degree in Administration Sciences – Management of International Development from Laval University of Canada (Online, 2011 – 2014).    She has a University Diploma in accounting from Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales et Economiques – IHECE (Haiti, 1997).   She also earns a professional diploma in Bilingual Secretariat from Christ the King Secretarial School (Haiti, 1990).  Her areas of interest comprise, among others, strategic management including the planning and the monitoring of normative, operational and financial aspects, preparation and follow up of institutional agreements, compliance,  management and monitoring of international projects and humanitarian aid, human dimension and conflict management, negotiation with international and multilateral donors, etc

She has a professional career of more than 25 years.  She speaks English, French and Haitian Creole and has a strong knowledge of Spanish. She works with special dedication, responsibility, discretion, loyalty and has good interpersonal relation which enables her to work successfully in teams.
