Shauna Brandon is a Rural Development Specialist at the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) Delegation in Jamaica. Ms. Brandon has worked at IICA for 15 years. She holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Masters degree in the Economics and Management of Rural Development. Ms. Brandon's current areas of focus include capacity building for farmers, rural communities and grass roots organisations, rural tourism, rural women, youth in agriculture, project management, and food safety. Ms. Brandon also has competence in strategic and operational planning, research design and analysis and journalism.
