Ena Harvey is the IICA Representative in Barbados. She holds an M.Sc. in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Guelph, Canada, and a B.Sc. in Tropical Agriculture (First Class Hons) from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. She is trained in Postharvest Technology, HACCP system implementation and auditing, SME international benchmarking and foodservice food safety. Prior to joining IICA in 2002, she had been an international consultant in agroindustry for 15 years and a food technologist at the Caribbean Industrial Research Institute (CARIRI) in Trinidad and Tobago.
