Alfredo J. Mena Pantaleón is the IICA Representative in Haiti. He holds a Master’s degree in Tropical Animal Production from the Universidad de Yucatán, in Mexico. He received an honorary PhD from the International Center for Journalists, in Haiti. He served as the Deputy Director of the Livestock Research Center (CENIP) of the Secretariat of State for Agriculture of the Dominican Republic, and was in charge of the Swine Feeding Research Program, also in the Dominican Republic.
