Gregg C. E. Rawlins is the IICA Representative in Trinidad and Tobago and Coordinator of Regional Integration for the Caribbean Region. He holds an M.Sc Degree in Agricultural Economics from Wye College, University of London. His areas of interest include agricultural policy formulation, sector planning, agricultural trade policy analysis and negotiations, food and nutrition security analysis, project management and commodity development. Prior to his current posting, Gregg served as Chief Economist with the Government of Barbados, Senior Project Officer with the CARICOM Secretariat and Consultant Project Manager with the Food and Agriculture Organizations of the United Nations (FAO).
