Kervin Stephenson is the Project Specialist at the IICA Office in Saint Lucia. He has extensive experience in the research and development of the banana industry of the Windward Islands; the development of quality assurance systems in compliance with international retail standards for fresh produce; and in agricultural health and food safety. He also has extensive knowledge of resource mobilization, particularly EU funds for productivity enhancement and quality improvement; project preparation, monitoring and evaluation, commodity systems assessment, problem analysis, logical framework methodology in developing rural projects and productivity enhancement for improved competitiveness of bananas for export.
