Roxanne Waithe is the Technical Specialist for the IICA Office in Barbados and the first female Chairman in the sixty year history of the Barbados 4-H Foundation. She is the creator of the IICA Youth Farm Program and the Future Farmers Think Tank, pioneering initiatives that inspire young people to see agriculture as a pathway for innovation, entrepreneurship, and national development.  With over 20 years experience in education and training, Roxanne specializes in designing impactful programs for the agribusiness and tourism sectors.  She holds a PhD in Technical and Vocational Education and Training, is a certified CVQ Assessor, and is recognized for building strong partnerships that drive sustainable development and youth empowerment across the Caribbean.
