Este documento pretende documentar las experiencias y las
lecciones aprendidas que a nivel regional han tenido los países, específicamente en lo que respecta al proceso de negociación de DO e IG y a su implementación en los distintos países.

The present document is intended to report on the experiences in the countries of the region, specifically as regards the process of negotiating and applying AO and GI, and the lessons they have learned as a result.
