Kent Coipel is a Technical Specialist in the IICA Office in Dominica. He is responsible for the implementation of the technical corporation program in Dominica. Kent Coipel holds M.Sc in Agribusiness and Marketing from the University of the West Indies (2000) and B.Sc in Agronomy from the University of the West Indies (1994). However throughout his professional development, he has received significant training in the areas of food safety, standards development; HACCP, agro/ rural tourism, climate change methodologies on adaptation/ climate smart approaches and project management .
