Kent Coipel is the IICA Representative in Jamaica. He is responsible for the Management of the Delegation and the implementation of the technical corporation program in Jamaica. Kent Coipel holds an Executive MBA and  a M.Sc in Agribusiness and Marketing from the University of the West Indies (2000) and B.Sc in Agronomy from the University of the West Indies (1994). However throughout his professional development, he has received significant training in the areas of food safety, standards development; HACCP, agro/ rural tourism, climate change methodologies on adaptation/ climate smart approaches and project management .
